Root Skankadelic is a 7-piece ALL-ORIGINAL reggae
band created out of spiritual and revolutionary necessity in the funky and
happening little southwest New Mexico town of Silver City. What started out
as a way for a diverse group of friends to hang out, express life's passions,
and play soulful spiritual and transformative music has turned into quite
an addition to the New Mexico reggae scene. Politically conscious with heavy
